I’m Hugh Cordova Williamson, and I live in Tampa, Florida.

I lead product and delivery for AI tools. My work includes building retrieval systems that help field technicians find answers in manuals and training videos, then testing whether those answers cite the right source. I also work in capital markets technology. My experience spans equities platforms and risk systems, including regulatory reporting and data reconciliation.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Interests
I’m interested in what makes an AI tool reliable enough to use at work. For a technician, that can mean checking a cited answer against the original manual. For the team maintaining the tool, it can mean catching a worse answer before a change goes live.
