I built a search tool for field technicians who need an answer from a manual or training video while they’re on a job. It retrieves the relevant material and cites its source so the technician can check the answer.

Work history on LinkedInDelivery records lived in two systems, which made it hard to see where work was stuck. I built a dashboard that brings those records together for weekly planning, then packaged it as a template and taught the team to maintain it.
